Bookings
Your booking is confirmed when we send you the confirmation with the experience details (date, time, meeting point).
Payments
Prices, payment methods and amounts due are shown at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations
Each experience has its own change and cancellation conditions, which we share when you book. If you need to change something, let us know as soon as possible.
Weather and safety
Some experiences depend on the weather or the sea. If they can't be done safely, we offer another date or an alternative.
Responsibility
We work with licensed providers. Please follow the instructions of guides and drivers during the experience.
